Can you reserve the item I wish to receive in exchange?
I am sorry, our stock moves quickly and we cannot reserve designs you wish to receive in exchange.
The good news is, that as soon as you have dropped off your return parcel using our free returns label, your return will be electronically tracked and your exchange processed as soon as we can see it is on the way back to us. This makes it nice and quick for your exchange to be processed.
