Can you partially ship my order?
My order contains a pre-order design - Can you partially ship the other items in my order?
We are sorry, but we are unable to partially ship orders.
Partially shipping orders can cause a lot of issues with customs, import documents and customer returns.
Once we have all the items on your order in stock, we will be able to ship your order on the shipping service you have chosen.
If you have ordered your items for a specific event and they won't arrive in time or you are just too excited to wait, please click the Contact Customer Support button below.
They will be able to change the order for you and swap out the pre order design for an in-stock item.
Please check the website for an alternative in-stock design and include the product code and size in the email you send to the team.
We can then make sure your order is shipped straight away.
