I have been charged, but I have not received an order confirmation?
If a payment has been deducted from your account and you have not received a confirmation email of your order, please first check your spam folder of your email account.
If you do not have a confirmation email, please contact the Customer Services team with the transaction ID of your payment and we will investigate further for you.
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours. At weekends, this may be a little longer.
