How long do I have to return an item?
Our Returns window is 30 days from receiving your parcel. This will give you time to try on your garment and decide if you like it.
If you wish to return an item from your order within the 30 days, you can set up your return below:
To be eligible for a return, we just kindly ask the following:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging, with the swing tags & barcodes attached
- Your item needs to be returned with the original packing slip or your returns document which will be printed with your label.
