Multi Buy - Returns, exchanges and refunds

I purchased during a multi buy sale and want to set up a return
If you have purchased during a Multi buy sale, you are more than welcome to set up a return for exchange or for refund.
To be eligible for a return, we just ask:
- Your item is unused and unworn - trying on for size is fine, but try on over a t-shirt/vest top/ corset liner please
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it
- Your item is in the original packaging, with the swing tags & barcodes attached
- Your item is returned with the original packing slip or the returns document which will be provided when you download your label
To set up your return, please click through to our Returns page and enter your order number and the email address associated with your order
If you are returning part of a multi-buy order and wish to receive a refund, please contact our team who can check eligibility and provide you with the options.
