The address on my order is incorrect
If you have noticed an incorrect address on your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with your order number and also the correct address.
This is because we are unable to amend an address once it has been shipped, so must work quickly to change your details before your order leaves our warehouse.
Please contact the team by clicking below and including the correct address information and add the word 'Urgent' to your email.
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours. At weekends, this may be a little longer.
