Refunds - How long will it take?

How long will it take for my payment to be returned to me?
If you use our free returns label, we will process your refund as soon as we see the parcel has been dropped off and is on the way back to us.
Once the parcel has been scanned, our system will show the parcel as tracking back to us. This usually takes place within 24 hours of you dropping off the parcel.
Please check out our returns policy for eligibility for refunds. Once we refund your order, it will take 2 - 4 business days to reach your original payment method.
