Forgotten my password
Not to worry, this happens to all of us at some point!
Simply click Sign in on the top right hand of any page on our website. This will take you to the ‘Account Login’ page. In the middle of the screen, you should see a ‘Forgot your Password’ link. Click here and enter the email associated with your Corset Story account, we will then email you a link to enable you to reset your password and gain access to your account again.
The ‘Forgot your Password’ email should arrive in under 60 seconds. If you do not receive it within this time, please check your spam folder before contacting Customer Services for additional support.
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours. At weekends, this may be a little longer.
