How do I set up a Return?
How to set up your return
Corset Story aims to make your shopping experience perfect in every way. However, we know that sometimes you may need to return products.
We have a 30 day return period, so you will have plenty of time to try on your purchase.
To set up your return, please click the link below:
To login to your order, you will need your order number and the email address associated with the order you wish to return.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that:
- Your item is unused and unworn - trying on for size is fine, but try on over a t-shirt/vest top/ corset liner please
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it
- Swing tags must be attached
- Your item is returned with the original packing slip or the returns document which will be provided when you download your label
